No, Bookmarks is currently read-only. That is, you can use del.icio.us bookmarks you've saved elsewhere but you cannot create new ones.

I hadn't considered adding save functionality using a bookmarklet like Twitterific. That is a great idea. I've used Twitterific a little but not enough to know you could do that. Thanks for the suggestion. I'm putting it on the TODO list now.</description>
